Everything I know is that he died in Miami Co OH in 1875 and his $100 estate was probated by Mary Elizabeth LOVE PARKE, probably his wife. Hi, I have only 2 surnames for Logan Co., Ohio. They are Predmore and Simpkins. Tarence Predmore m. Marie Mattie Simpkins. I have lots of info on Predmore's, but nothing on Simpkins. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio in 1903. I am too searching for their oldest daughter, Elsie Viola Predmore, who was born in 1920 and adopted at birth. It is said that she was crippled and the county recommended she be adopted, because the parents were very poor. In court records for other children, it states she was known as Janet Predmore- Fields. Looking for relatives of Samuel Smith b 1849 m. Emma L. b. 1859 daughters - Alta M. b 1882, Minnie b. 1888 and Bessie M. b. 1895 Samuel Smith had a daughter, Maude E. by a previous marriage. Alta, I believe, died at a young age. Bessie and Minnie went to DeGraff school and Bessie died in Degraff. Married Frank Plotts, had no children. Minnie married man named Garver. Had no children. Maude married a McCoy and had two children, Lucille and Robert.
