If you've filled out the request for registration, you have to wait until they send you an e-mail and then it will include a link to the actual log-in page. This takes a bit of time. Once you've actually logged in, the page listing the databases, including the Ohio Deaths database will appear. And it's worth the wait if you're like me and had most of your relatives of the proper age living in Ohio.
