    1. Re: [OHLICKIN] Hartford Fairgrounds Church Debate
    2. In stating that the Hartford Fairgrounds Church once stood on School Lane Rd. I was relating what was told me by an elderly neighbor when we moved into our house twelve years ago. I haven't done any extensive research to prove that and the lady has since passed away. It is possible that she was mistaken. But there is a School Lane Rd. near the Hartford Fairgrounds. 3. Yes, School Lane Road is in the very north-western corner of Hartford Township (and also Licking County) The church originally sat west of Downing Road, and east of the county line (Delaware) and on the north side of what is now called School Lane Road. I think that it was a Cristian Union denomination church. The Hartford Fair has a picture of it on their web page under "Facilities" http://www.hartfordfair.com/fclts.htm and it is labeled "School Land Church." I have requested more information from the Fair office, and they should have the date that it was moved. There is a date on the sign in the picture but I can't read it on my computer screen.
