I am a dscendant of Julia F. Lynn(b.1829) who's father was a George. She married Norton F. Claypool who worked closely with a John Lynn. I've between trying to determine their relationship, I can't just assume... I do know they planted the first sucessful peach orchard in either Licking or Muskingum Co. The Claypool land was in the Nashport area, straddling the Co. border. In the 1870 census, John Lynn is listed as a Fruit Grower.
