I have his marriage license from Franklin County. In 1800 census Charles was listed with his wife, Mary and his two year old daughter, Flora. I have hit dead ends. I have located a 1901 marriage license for a Florence Boyer and will pursue this as a possible Flora. Any help would be so appreciated.
