Her mother, Anna Copper, married her cousin, Abel Copper, in Licking County in 1826, but Nancy always used the Myers surname. I am assuming that Mr. Myers died c. 1825. This Copper family came from Beaver County, Penn before the 1820 census and moved on to Ogle County, Illinois before the 1840 census. While in Licking county they lived in Bennington. Anna's father, Michael Copper, was in Bennington, Licking County for the 1920 and 1830 censuses and then also moved on to Illinois. Anna's mother's maiden name was Glasgow.
