Hi, I would be interested in making contact with anyone who has researched the family of brothers Thomas Cummins and Moses Cummins who lived in Licking county from around 1811 until ?? I believe they were both from Rockingham county, VA. I am also interested in knowing if this list has an owner. I don't see anyone's name listed in the Welcome Letter. Thank you for your help.
