Could the Levingstons be related to my ancestor, Catherine (Livingston) NEIGHBARGER? She was born in Monongahla(?), Virginia, in 1800, according to an LDS Ancestral File, and married there in 1825. By 1830 she and her husband were in Licking County. I don't have any information on her parents or siblings.
