Hello Licking County, Ohio. While searching for the William & Mary Johnson family in the Eden Township, Licking County, Ohio, 1860 and 1870 Federal Census, we found them living near, and with Moats and Jewell families. Anyone doing research on these last two families? The 1870 census shows Mary Johnson living with her son-in-law and daughter, James and Margaret Moats and two children.
