I saw a reference to Stouts buried in Evans Cemetery in Licking County. I hadn't thought to look in Licking for my Stout ancestor, but since I believe she may have been born in Virginia, and later lived in Illinois, she may have also been in Ohio. Her spouse's family was very near Ohio. I only have a name - Elizabeth Stouts, probably born about 1780. Married Phillip C. Buffington (where and when unknown). Her children were born in Illinois. If anyone has information about a Stout-Buffington marriage ca1800, or anything else about this family, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I'll also make another request for infomation about my Lutsenhizer family who lived in Licking County from about 1813 until about 1840.
