First time post to this list. I am looking for information on the BERTRAM family. My father Roland Roy BERTRAM was born 1912 in Newark, Ohio. His father was William J. BERTRAM and his mother was Achsah May Cole. I need information on where to send for his birth certificate . Any additional information will be greatly appreciated.
