I have ancestors in Licking County, Ohio from about 1802 William Reed b. 1775 Maryland and his wife Nancy b. Maryland both died 1811 in Newark, Licking County, Ohio. Children were: Marry Ann Polly Reed +Isaiah Cramer William Reed Jr b: 1796 Maryland Nelson Reed b: 1796 Maryland +Jane Maxwell d: Licking County, Ohio +Mary Cockrell b: Abt. 1810 Pennsylvania Thomas Henry Barnsby Reed b: April 27, 1801 Maryland +Elminah McCormick +Jerusha Coffman John Reed b: 1802 Newark, Licking County, Ohio Nelson is my line. He moved to Southwest Illinois and his son William Maxwell Reed served in the Civil War from Illinois. After the war he moved his family to Wavely, Lancaster County, Nebraska.
