I am interested in the MYERS family that lived in Hanover Twp., Licking Co. Jacob B. MYERS came to the Licking Co. area with his father, perhaps as early as 1805. He was b. 10 Sep 1793 in what was then VA, probably in the area around present day Morgantown, W. VA. On 21 Dec 1820, he married Mary HENTHORNE in Perry Co., probably Thornville. They lived on a farm in Hopewell Twp., Licking Co., for the rest of their lives. They were the parents of 9 children: 1) William Myers, b. circa 1821 (from census records) 2) Priscilla Myers, b. circa 1829 3) George W. Myers, b. circa 1831, d. 27 Mar 1888 married Susan?, two children 4) Isaac Myers, b. 9 Sep 1832, d. 19 Oct 1897 m. Angaline ?, two children 5) Ashford Myers, b. circa 1835 6) Mary A. Myers, b. 4 Apr 1835, d. 4 Jun 1845 7) Enoch N. Myers, b. 20 Apr 1838, d. 2 Jan 1920 m. Rebecca Stricklin, 5 children 8) Jacob H. Myers, b. 5 Apr 1840, d. 23 Nov 1928 (my g-gfather) m.
