Hi Susan, North Lawn Cemetery is at the north edge of Utica on SR 13 headed toward Mt. Vernon. There is no cemetery office. Several years ago I found a few records of names of lot owners but no burial list as such at the Utica village office downtown. About the only record you will find is the names on the tombstones.
