    1. Re: Hannah HILL + Isaac BAILEY
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/DZB.2ACI/2477.1.2 Message Board Post: This pair is among those of Caleb's descendancy we really need to do some work on. Although the original source much of this is based upon is a terrific resource, its sources are suspect. Let me discuss that. As I undertand it, much is based upon two bibles' entries but those bibles don't seem to exist or at least cannot be found. Let me describe two problems. I am not convince that "sons" David and Ira are sons of Hannah and Isaac. Ira's consistently b NY, so cannot have arrived OH until aft 1817. David b OH before the Baileys can have gotten there. Starting with Ira: see 1880: father b CT, sister Eunice. NOT part of this sibling group, not a son of Isaac. Rather than spam/paste it all here like that above, may I ask those interested refer to my online tree at rootsweb/ancestry.com for his record. Tell me where I'm wrong and why, let's work this through. What I'm saying is that a lot of original (re)work research needs doing. We're doing that. We need to collaborate.
