    3. Karen I echo your thoughts. The rules are supposed to be: Surnames in the subject line - 3 or 4 only with approx dates - Andrews 1821-1900. Then in the body, which should be brief, the surname should be in CAPITAL LETTERS that way a person can skim down through the message to only read the surnames and if any apply, read in detail. I just got 157 messages. I know many of you are "newbies" as I was, so don't take this as criticism only help. You too will get 157 messages one day and hopefully scream in delight!
