Several Myer children (of Peter Myer) moved to Licking Co. OH from Allegany Co. MD around 1813 and afterward. I would like to correspond with ones working on this family. My husband is descended from Philip Myer who had a son, Dr. Philip Myer, who was in Fountain Co. IN around 1850 -- married Elizabeth Campbell there in 1846. I will be happy to share any info I have in hopes of "fleshing out" this family and the ancestors of theirs. Peter Myer's (d. 1803) children's names: Henry (who stayed in Allegany Co. MD), Mary who m. Thos. Alberry, Sarah who m. Johann Miller, Margaret who m. William Snook, Charity who m. Archibald Jones, Philip who m. Julianna Ball, Peter who m. Jane Fisher, Rebecca who m. Amos Fisher, John who m. Frances Brown, Jacob H. who m. Nancy Potsie, and Anna who m. Godfrey Fazenbaker. All of these probably did not go to Licking Co. I do know that Philip (1780-1842) who m. Julianna Ball (1786-1861) had the following children: Emily who m. Benjamin Beem, Jonas who m. Mary A. ???, William S. who m. Hannah Kimball, Sarah Ann who m. Woodruff Beals, Jacob Hyson who m.
