Without knowing the death dates, the relationships you have established already, and the physical location of the graves, this is just a stab in the dark, but I have found many instances in my own ancestry where a child who died was buried in his GRANDPARENT's plot. I have also found a married couple buried in HER family plot. From the information in your paragraph, my instinct suggests that Elizabthe Denman was born a Huffman. I'd be searching any existing marriage, birth or death records to try to confirm that. Also probate records for wills and/or intestate estate records. County histories. That Elizabeth is buried in the same rural cemetery as one of my documented Huffmans. Also in that cem is a Thadeus Denman age 16. Prudence Denman Huffman named one of her sons Thadeus. One of my Huffmans is in Owen Co in 1870 but in central Ohio in 1860 and 1880.
