I am looking for information on a Jane Farmer who died in 1827 Licking Co. She had at least two sons that lived in Hopewell Twsp where she resided. Her sons are Isaac and Samuel Farmer. I have a great deal of info on her descendants but cannot find her husband/father of Isaac and Samuel. She is buried in Barnes Cemetery. She came to Licking Co around 1800. She was possibly born in Maryland. I have no info on her maiden name. I am wondering if there were any newspapers being printed at the time of her death in 1827 and if so did they survive long enough to be put on Microfilm. If so then maybe someone could do a lookup for me on her obit to hopefully shed some light on her parentage. If anyone has any information on Jane please let me know.
