He married Rachel Frizzel and they had at least nine kids including twins, Albert and Alfred. My ancestor, Tobias, was the son of Peter and Harriet Turner Livingston. He was born in 1847 and died in 1922. His wife was Martha Jane Walcott, daughter of James Walcott. I hope this message clarifies the census records. Jim Amspaugh
