A number of my ancestors followed the route from Loudon, VA to Allegany, MD to Licking County: Michael Beem, Benjamin Green, Anna Catherine Pitzer, and John Rhodes. The Pitzers, Rhodes, and Greens, also lived in New Jersey prior to Virginia. Aaron Duckworth is another family associated with Western Maryland.
