My records show that Tobias father was Peter Levingston and his mother was Harriett (I don't know her maiden name). This comes from a cousin who did research of census records many years ago. It shows their ages and childrens names. Peter is shown as being age 38 and Harriett is 35. Tobias is 13. There are 5 children listed.
