He's the son of John Lewis Evans b 14 Jan 1801 Philadelphia, PA d 30 Jan 1883 Granville, OH m 06 Nov 1828 Licking Co., OH to Margaret Montgomery b 23 Aug 1812 Licking Co., OH d 04 May 1871 Now let's see if I have anything about the two women... The only Amelia I have was b 1811 and that's too early. But checking the Licking Co., marriage books I do find Evans, Amelia A m Daniels, Elias (#1632) 16 Mar 1892 by E. I. Jones VDM I do have Isabelle, however. I have a bio for James, but I didn't write down where I got it from. But you probably have it anyway. It looks like they lived near Utica most of the time.
