I will try to get to the public library as they have a "Licking County" book. I have the censuses and children and Emaline's siblings. It seems that several of these families moved together-Penn, Virginia, Ohio and Illinois. There is a Moses Coulter listed in 1820 in Virginia-a possibility. Have a great New Year.
