I believe it was in Pataskala, Licking County, Ohio, but I am not sure. I am thinking his mother died there around 1854. I am trying to pin down just WHERE in Ohio he was born. Then I can find his parents. Supposedly, his full name was Joshua Lacey Wilson Brown, and I did notice a William Lacey Wilson in Licking a little later in that century. Does ANYONE have a hint about a connection? Many thanks!
