    1. Still Wondering about Sparks and Garner
    2. The Collier's
    3. I haven't inquired in a while. I am still seeking anyone who may have knowledge about John Burton Sparks and Susan Garner who were married in Licking County in 1835. I have no records and hope to make contact with anyone who has information about these families. We will visit next May and would like to find any marriage and birth records. Family tales indicate that Susan was related to the Garners whose grandson was John Nance Garner VP of USA in 1932. Bruce Collier San Luis Obispo, CA

Surnames: MAYBERRY-TAYLOR-MOREHEAD Also See this URL: Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/DZB.2ACI/2116.1 Message Board Post: Hi, I don't know anything about Taylors in Madison Township but, I had a few that was living in Romney, Hampshire Co., Va.(WV). They were listed on the 1850 Census in that county. My ggrandpa was son named Francis Mayberry age 16 living in the household of Susan Taylor as head of household, she had several children there also including Simon D. Taylor her son. Sometime after Civil War ended about 1866 Simon D. Taylor moved his family to Grand River Township in Cass County, Missouri, also my ggrandpa Frank moved his family and was found living next door to Simon D. Taylor and his family, so they must have contacted each other and moved to the same area. Also, I found that Frank's two sisters had moved their family to Lexington, Lafayette Co., Missouri which was about 25 miles North of Cass County. Mo. The two Mayberry sister's husbands had been killed during the Civil War and both Mayberry girls had one son each that moved with them to their new home. Write me and I will furnish you more information on these two Mayberry girls and their families. Maybe, we can both share and find out more about our families. So, let me know as soon as you discover this posting. Thanks, Frank Mayberry Muskogee, Ok.

I am wondering about Barb Johnsons Peter Varner and Margaret, I wonder which Peter this is? Some years ago I corresponded with a Ruth Boyer Todd who was researching the Varner/Bounds families, mostly Bounds. I am sure that her information is on file at the Licking County Genealogical Society, (She was a society member for years and is now deceased.) You may want to contact them (LCGS)to see if they in fact do have information that you may want or need. their web site link is: http://lcgs.npls.org/index.html You may also want to contact our society education chairman Ronna Eagle as she has scads and scads of Livingston information. You may also contact her from the LCGS website. Just use the LCGS e-mail address and place Ronna Eagle in the subject line. However she will see this message from the mail list and will probably be contacting you. She is also has scads of Crawmer information. So does LCGS. You may contact them (LCGS) by e-mail . I would also like to know what Livingstons you are researching? I do hope this will be of assistance to you in your search. I will enjoy hearing from you. Nola Miles Rogers
