There were a few birth annoucements in the Ironton newspapers. Those were indexed by the Hamner Room clerks several years ago. Please be advised though, that the present policy is for the clerk to help patrons actually in the library. Requests for a check of that index can be forwarded to me, as the Corresponding Secretary of the Lawrence County Genealogical Society.
