Bruce, Any time I have ever used the Hamner Room at the Briggs Library for genealogical research, they have had a log book available for researchers and visitors. I don't know that everybody actually logs in. However, I have reviewed the information available for the purpose you mention. Presumably the older logs are filed somewhere and are available for review by customers or users of the Hamner Room. You might want to contact the library directly. They have several emails. Henry S.
