While cleaning out my emails I came across this one from Jean. I know we discussed Quaker Bottom and which township in was in either Union or Rome. After re-reading this message it seems Quaker Bottom area streached from Guyan Creek(west of Proctorville) to the east end of Rome Twp. So I guess one could say that it was in both townships.
