Silas was born in Ohio, he married Rebecca Miller and lived in Perry Township, Lawrence County, Ohio. Silas and Rebecca had sons Jonathan T., Charles B., Joseph C. and George Hughes. I have a George Hughes who was born about 1852, his wife was Eliza. They had a son named Thomas Oliver Hughes whwas born 11 Dec. 1865 in Lawerence Co., OH. Thomas married Elizabeth A. Worthington 1 Jan. 1891 in AL., they both died in Jackson, OH. They had 14 children, all of which were born in OH. George Hughes and Eliza, had three other children that I know of, they were: Elbert L., Rose H., and Thomas Hughes. Does any of this sound familar? Heather
