Lipker, 91, of Marion, formerly of Alvada, died at 9:25 a.m. Thursday Jan. 24, 2002 at the Community Health Care Center, Marion. Born on Aug. 3, 1910, in Ironton, she was the daughter of the late John and Eva (Wilson) Dickess. On June 24, 1932, she married Charles H. Lipker, who died Oct 2, 1990. Mrs. Lipker was a homemaker and served with her husband in pastoring four churches and several years in evangelism. She was a member of the Fostoria First Church of the Nazarene. She graduated from the Ade, Ohio High School. She is survived by daughters Mrs. Douglas (Lois) Kneisley of Marion and Phyllis Lipker of Jupiter, Fla: three grandchildren and three great-grand children. She was preceded in death by brothers Charles and Walter Dickess and sisters Hazel Jenkins, Mary Etta Addis and Katherine Inch. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan 26, 2002, at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria, with the Rev. Russell Gumm officiating. Burial is in Seneca Memory Gardens near Tiffin. Friends may visit 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fostoria First Church of the Nazarene.
