Nancy - I've been checking a little further, and I found a Tim and Virgie Workman and their 6 children in Rome, Lawrence Co, OH on the 1930 Census. It seems likely that this is the Virgie Workman in the Rome/Proctorville Cemetery (rather than your Virgie Workman), given that Tim Workman is listed just before her on the cemetery cd.
