My husband has family that lives in New Phileadephia,Ohio but, they orginally came from Monroe,Belmont and surrounding counties of Ohio. His grandfather was Sherman Seigle Scott and he married Melissa Mary Bell Wheeler-Scott. Sherman Scott's father was Joshua Scott. If this is any of your family please let me know.
