Hello, this may not be of help to you, this is not who you were asking about, but in the book of registers for the Lawrence Co. Children's Home, there is a mother listed here named IDA HANNERS....... child-- Everett COLLEY admitted 26 Jan 1909 father-- Willard COLLEY mother-- Ida HANNERS "The COLLEY children (Everett & Ferris) were admitted from Hamilton Twp. trustees, being residents of Hanging Rock.Everett born at Greenup Ky. 5 Jun 1899. Father was Virginian, we have no date of birth.We gather from accounts that he was a man of good habits. He died of typhoid in 1905. Mother was born at Greenup Ky. 29 Apr 1879 and a woman of good character. Marriage date to COLLEY 23 Nov 1897 at Greenup Ky. The mother is Protestant and the father a Catholic.After the death of COLLEY, the mother married a man named JONES of Hanging Rock, he did not treat the children well, and did not provide for them, so it was decided to place the children in the Home. Returned to their mother, who is now living at Russel Ky. 18 Sept. 1912. There are also 10 others here listed as HAINER. Perhaps try an alternate spelling while searching for your Roberts family. The HAINER names are: Gordon (father to 4 children marked with asterick.) *Hanson *Matilda Mattie/Mettie Jane. *Mertie Millie Jane *Nancy A. Tillie and an unknown first name.
