Right - and I have looked at all the Census years. It is the James Eaton (married to Alice) you refer to who I'm quite certain is connected to my EATON line, but he's the only one I think I might have nailed. Initially I thought their son, James, was the one I needed to track, and then I started bumping into all these other James Eaton's on the 1930 Census, and I don't know if and/or how they might be related. Nor can I determine for sure who the parents are of the James on the 1930 who is married to Etta. Appreciate your email, Carl, and any other thoughts you might have.
