I have not heard of any churches in the area that have the kind of records that you are seeking. I have a marriage book from April 11, 1817 to July 23, 1843. If you want to give me some surnames I will be glad to look and see if they are in these records. Also have you tried the Lawrence County website www.lawrencecountyohio.com to see if they might have information that you need.
