I researched this family for many years and published a family newsletter in conjunction with the Suiter Family Association. However, I am now 74 years old and am not now actively researching and my mind is not working as well as it used to. There are at least two distinct Suiter families from Ohio. My husband was descended from the Lawrence County, Ohio branch. Another branch was from Highland County. Do you know where in Ohio your grandmother lived? I do know several members of the various Suiter lines and could maybe put you in contact with someone if I knew just a little more, like the county she lived in. I have passed on much of my Suiter information to someone who was going to continue publishing the newsletter but that has not happened. She also has all my copies of the newsletter but I will get those back from her and see if there is anything there that might help. Children of the Clarence W. Suiter you mentioned would not be the correct age. A Suiter reunion will be held in June but I do not have any of the details yet. As soon as I hear where and when I will let you know. This reunion will include people from different Suiter lines. There might be someone there who could help. At least we could send a query to the person in charge to be read at the reunion.
