I know that my grandfather's name was Othel Andrew Evans and he married Freda Mae Smith. Othel was born 4/24/1929 and died in Ross county 4/2/1991. I dont know if he was born in Ohio, or really anything about him. I have been told that we come from a long line of Welsh-American soldiers. My greatgrandfather's name may have been John Y Evans wife unknown, and Othel may have had a brother that had a farm in Meigs or Gallia county at least untill the 1980's.
