Recently I used the RootsWeb "Search Thingy" and searched for "Lawrence Co. OH".  That yielded 1246 results.  If you've ever used this search you know that the results are a URL string and very little, if any description.  I decided to look at each link and make an index for them.  This index had 594 different Surnames. If you go to http://www.caulleyscorner.com/LawrenceCoOH/ and click om MISC. on the left, you'll be taken to this index.  There, all you havve to do is click on a surname and you will be taken to the Link/Links for that name.  I've included a brief description of the Lawrence Co info on each page.
