But I thought I would put this in it's own topic in case others might miss it. I have a nice typed research for the Marting family that started in Scioto County but many many branches of it ended up in Lawernce County (in and around Ironton, OH). I am willing to do look ups in this book if anyone is in need. Any Marting relation possibly descended from John Henry Marting b ? d 1848 Most of his children came and settled in and around Ironton around 1846.
