But Im starting a project of connecting my William Johnson b 1816 in Lawrence County to parents. I suspect that they were of the same family, and that as William's kids were first born in the 1840's his brothers and sisters probably were having their kids at the same time (if they were living in Lawrence County) and your James might be a nephew.
