Oh, ok, I get it now. LOL, I didn't know what it was, I always just click the link and go to the site so I can catch up on the whole 'conversation' so that the msg isn't out of context. Thanks for the offer of help Nancy. Basically just what I listed in my original email is what I'm trying to start with. I've got a few bits and pieces from the net. Basically just trying to find out more information on Solomon Nelson and his wife Eleanor 'Nellie' McGraw from the early 1800's to 1830. By 1840, they show up in Indiana where many of them are buried. But I don't know anything about them from Lawrence Co, OH. Like did they own land, were there any marriages or deaths in the family, etc. I have Solomon on an 1820 Lawrence Co tax list, but that's it. Although he's not in my direct line, I'm also looking to find out more about Benjamin Nelson. He was Solomon's brother, and came to OH when Solomon did. I just want to know if there is more, because that's about all I know. However, the entire query of the poster does not display on the List - just a portion - so you have to click the link in the message go to the message board to read the entire query. Then if you want to reply, you must do it through the Rootsweb message board - not the List. Someone - have I completely messed up that explanation? Anyway, I'd be happy to check Ancestry.com for you as I do have a subscription. What do you need/want? Also - I have two Lawrence Co history books and a couple other references that I'll be glad to check for you. Can you be a little more specific as to what you have - what you need? I can check some things now. Regards, Nancy Edwards - Georgia -
