Hope it helps all those searching for this book. Shirley ======================================================================== "Concerning your query about subject book, we did publish this book for Mr. Null who is now deceased. The book is out of print and we only have our record copy. Ohio University has obtained permission from Mrs. Null to re-release the book and are currently working on the project. I think we will probably do the reprint for them, but really don't know what their current schedule is. Regards, Dwain Kitchel
