Tom Phillips is the same funeral home that use to be in Waterloo. They have been in business for over 100 years.... In a message dated 1/24/2008 9:51:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time, bhaney@speakeasy.net writes: I've been doing some research through the Gallia County list, and someone said there used to be a Phillips Funeral Home in Waterloo, run by a William Phillips. His name appears as the undertaker on a death certificate I have from 1918. Apparently it's no longer in business, but does anyone know what happened to the records? As I did further searching, I see there is still a Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton, but I don't know if there is any connection between the two. Any help would be appreciated!
