I need help! My grandfather William Leslie WENTZ was born in Madison, Ohio on 29. September, 1880. From all accounts on his marriage record in August of 1911, this remained his residence until he moved to Dubuque, Iowa in 1912. Where would I write to find information on his birth, etc.? I tried the state, but their records are after 1909.Also what would be the cost on this? This is my dead end line and I am getting soooo frustrated. Thanks for any help you can offer!
