Kathleen, I think the reason you do not find this family in the 1880 Ohio Soundex is that the 1880 Soundex for Ohio only listed families that had a child under 10 years of age. At this time Nellie would have been 13 and Charles would have been 11. Maybe William T. died before 1880? I think that if you go through the entire 1880 census for Willoughby Township and look at each page, you might find them. It's not as time consuming as it sounds. ;-) Good Luck!
