Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help me read an old family group sheet. The penmanship is difficult to read in some places. The sheet is for Benjamin W. Smith. I am fairly sure that his place of death reads Mentor, OH. Burial information is: Hopkins & Jackson The name of the cememtery is the main problem. I looked at the choices that Lake County GebWeb page listed but none of those seemed to fit. The cememtery is written twice, once for Ben and once for his wife, Ella.
