Dear Ed, For Lake County obits you can write to Morley Library or Lake County Genealogical Society, both at 184 Phelps Street, Painesville, OH 44077. Charge is $.50 per obit. Both groups love donations for the genealogy collection. Should you have asked for pre-1986 in Willoughby, I would have also told you to try one of the west end libraries. Those obits may have been in the News Herald which was not indexed until the Painesville Telegraph closed in 1986. Happy Hunting!
