Hello, Although I was a classmate of David's, I do not know where he is buried. However, I can suggest that you contact Morley Library in Painesville to see if an obituary was done for him locally in 1968. Their web site is: http://www.morleylibrary.org/genealogy.htm There are also 2 large cemeterys in Painesville; Evergreen Cemetery and Riverside Cemetery. The cemetery office is located at 501 E. Main St., Painesville, OH 44077 and they would have the records for both. Its been a long time since high school, but for some reason I thought he had died at Walter Reed Hospital (Washington area?).
