Hathaway. 1850: enumerated on census in Troupsburg, Steuben Co,NY. 1854: Baptist minister in Jasper, Steuben Co,NY 1855: Deed record by Calvin S. & Harriet Thomas of Farmington, Tioga Co,PA selling land in Steuben Co deeded to Calvin by Sylvanus Thomas. 1860: enumerated on census in Jasper, Steuben Co, NY; occupation as Baptist clergy Oct 23, 1863: Granted Minister's License in Lake Co,OH; Baptist denomination 1863: Deed between Sylvanus Thomas of Woodhull, Steuben Co,NY and Calvin S. Thomas of Madison, Lake Co, OH. 1864: Calvin Thomas and wife of Troupsburg, Steuben Co,NY sold land in Troupsburg. 1867: Calvin Thomas and wife of Lake County, OH sold land in Jasper, Steuben Co,NY. April 1871: Calvin Thomas and family were living in Thompson, Geauga Co,OH. Next door is David & Melissa Thomas and family.
